26 students injured in stampede after bear attack in Kashmir school

Pulwama 6 May 2015: 26 students injured in stampede after bear attack in Kashmir school However, none of the students at the school in Rajpora area of Pulwama was injured by the bear.

At least twenty six students were injured in a stampede after a rumour of wild bear entering into the premises of a school in south Kashmir created unexpected ruckus on Wednesday.

Eyewitnesses said that a bear entered the school when the students were attending the morning assembly.

The students panicked and rushed to safer places leading to a stampede.
