PAMPORE: An Accident on Pampore bypass killed 2 persons, here earlier this morning. En-route Jammu-Srinagar National Highway, the two were on their way to Jammu when their Maruti car bearing Registration No. JK 16-0262, collided with a Road Roller.
The Maruti car they were travelling in rammed into a black hoe in Pampore town of Jammu and Kashmir Monday morning.
An official said that one of the persons who died was a retired teacher, Ghulam Nabi Sofi, from Nunnar village of Ganderbal district. He said Ramesh Kumar Raina, who was driving the car, was also from Ganderbal.
The duo were on their way to Jammu. “Their car rammed into a drilling machine stationed on the road near the Entrepreneurship Development Institute and they died on the spot,” he said.
Both have died on spot, as per the reports.
