BUDGAM : Additional District Development Commissioner, Budgam, Ghulam Mohi-ud-din Bhat superannuated from government service. He was given a warm farewell by Municipal Committee Budgam, Rural Development department and Deputy Commissioner’s office.
After serving as lecturer in higher secondary school and later as college lecturer up to 1991, he joined state civil service in the year 1992 .Having served in Social Welfare Department, Women Development Commission, Information department, Mr Bhat served as ADDC Kupwara and finally as ADDC Budgam.
“An officer of dynamic personality, Ghulam Mohi-u-din Bhat is a person of humility and vision served the people during his tenure in various capacities”, said Chief Planning Officer Budgam, Mr Noor Mohammad. In his farewell address Mr Bhat highlighted the need of serving with dedication and increasing the quality of public services and also thanked his fellow colleagues, staff, junior and senior officers for biding him a warm farewell.
