Former Indian cricketer Mohammad Kaid took to Twitter to share a video of Suganpora Ganastan, a remote village of Kashmir’s Sumbal town from where Manzoor Ahmad Dar, who was picked up by Indian Premier League’s Kings XI Punjab at IPL auction 2018.

In this video, the village can be seen celebrating the 24-year-old’s success. The video in which people can be seen dancing on streets has gone viral. Dar became the second player from Kashmir to be selected for the Indian Premier League.

Manzoor Ahmad Dar, who was picked up by Indian Premier League’s Kings XI Punjab, belongs to Suganpora Ganastan, a remote village of Kashmir’s Sumbal town.

One of the videos reached former Indian cricketer Mohammad Kaif who was elated to watch the support Dar received. In a tweet, the 37-year old said, “What a wonderful feeling it must be for Manzoor Dar to watch the celebrations.

Along with this video, Kaif who is regarded as one of the best fielders of all-time, also shared a special message.
