Airtel launches Rs 119 recharge to replace Rs 99 prepaid pack and offers 2GB data, unlimited calls and more

As the telecom tariff war begins to saturate, we’re now seeing telecom operators revise their prepaid recharge plans. Airtel has now introduced an Rs. 119 prepaid recharge plan, which offers the same benefits as what the Rs. 99 prepaid recharge plan used to offer earlier. Airtel Rs. 119 prepaid recharge plan is segmented, meaning that the full benefits of the offer are only applicable to a certain subscriber base. The prepaid recharge offers 2GB of high-speed 4G data, unlimited voice calls for a period of one month.

Airtel Rs. 119 prepaid recharge pack, as earlier mentioned, includes 2GB of 4G/3G data, unlimited voice calls without FUP limit and 300 SMS with a validity period of 28 days. While this plan is only applicable to a handful of users, rest of the customers who recharge for Rs. 119 will receive 1GB of high-speed 4G/3G data, unlimited voice calls (local, STD, national roaming) and 300 SMS with a validity period for 14 days.
