Airtel’s V-Fiber broadband plans have been rejigged ahead of official Jio Fiber rollout that’s scheduled to start from September 5 across India. According to the latest revision, Airtel broadband users will get 1000GB extra data which will differ on the plan users choose.
Last month, Airtel refreshed its broadband offerings under V-Fiber service cutting down the number of plans to just four – Basic at Rs 799, Entertainment at Rs 1,099, Premium at Rs 1,599, and VIP at Rs 1,999. Notably, Airtel’s Rs 1,999 VIP broadband plan under V-Fiber service will get unlimited data without any data FUP. The VIP plan doesn’t include the extra up to 1000GB data benefit.
Airtel V-Fiber Basic Rs 799 plan customers already get a data benefit of 100GB in a month with up to 40Mbps speed and unlimited calls across India. As an additional benefit, Airtel offers up to 200GB bonus data, which is valid for six months.
Airtel V-Fiber Entertainment Rs 1,099 broadband plan offers 300GB data quota in a month with speeds of up to 100Mbps. The Entertainment plan customers also get unlimited calls and Airtel Thanks benefits. The customers will get 500GB bonus data, which will be valid for six months.
Airtel V-Fiber Premium Rs 1,599 broadband plan offers 600GB data in a month with up to 300Mbps speed. It also comes with unlimited calls across India and Airtel Thanks benefits. As an additional benefit, Premium plan customers get 1000GB bonus data with a validity of 6 months. Airtel Thanks benefits include free subscriptions to an OTT platform as well as 12 months Amazon prime subscription.
