ARMY CONDUCTS COMPUTER COURSE FOR YOUTH AT MENDHAR

Jammu:  06 September 2016  Continuing with its endeavour to generate employment opportunities for the youth of Rajouri and Poonch Districts of J&K, the Army conducted a computer course for students of Mendhar Tehsil under ITI Mendhar. The course of three month duration is recognised and certified by C-DAC, a Government of India Enterprise.

The classes are being conducted at ITI Mendhar. Infrastructure of the venue has been enhanced by the Army. The response for the course has been overwhelming however, thirty students were selected stringent standards with a view to impart quality training to the students. The C-DAC courses are amongst one of the best in the country and boast of almost 100 percent placement record. The Sadbhavana initiative of the Army has been highly appreciated by the students and their parents as well as the civil administration.
