Jammu 08 Sep: It was a fun filled picnic for the young children of the Asha School for Specially abled children, Jammu Cantonment. The children were taken around a mini zoo where they got to see ducks, pheasants, turkeys, guinea pigs rabbits and birds .
They enjoyed playing with them. Later, they did horse riding, many of them for the first time, showing great confidence and grit. A drawing competition and games and dancing had been organised for them, which they enjoyed, along with their teachers and Principal.
The outing had been arranged for the children by Mrs Reeta Yadav. The children thoroughly enjoyed the picnic and were very happy to receive the balloons and small gifts that they got.
