“Bharat Darshan” tour a part of our social service: CRPF

‘Bharat Darshan’ tour is being organized by CRPF under Civic Action Program.
Children from various districts of J&K are participating in this tour. Shri Prabhat
Chandra Jha, DIG CRPF (OPS) Jammu North flagged off 15 children for the tour
here from 33 Bn CRPF, Bhaderwah. Pertinently, 33 Bn. CRPF is facilitating a
tour, during which the children would be visiting various historical places in
Vishakapatanam. During his address to the students, Shri Jha, DIG reiterated
that such programs organized by CRPF commensurate the public friendly image
of the Force and reflects its commitment towards contribution in the development
of society. He also appealed students to learn wherever they visit. Enthusiasm
was evident among the students going for tour. SH. A. Padma Kumar,
Commandant – 33 BN C.R.P.F expressed his gratitude to the chief guest, staff
and other dignitaries present for making the event a success. He also stressed
upon the importance of organizing such Programme. The main specialty of this
tour is that the participating students belongs to the far flung and rural areas of
Bhaderwah sub division. This tour will provide a great opportunity to these
students to know about the versatile culture, rich heritage, diversity, unity and
brotherhood in our great nation. It will expose them to the diverse areas of our
country and will ultimately leads to their overall personality development. During
the tour these students will visit various historical and important places and will
get first hand experience of prosperity of our country. This tour is paramount
importance and would not only be beneficial to the touring students but will also
inspire others to participate in future tours. Col. D.D. Pandey, CO 4 RR, Col.
Sekhar, Comdt CBS Bhalra, Sh. Rajender Singh, ASP, Bhaderwah, Sh. Rajender
Kajaria, CEO, BDA, Bhaderwah and Sh. Devanand, 2 I/C 76 Bn CRPF also
graced the occasion by their presence. Sh. Prabhat Chandra Jha, DIG (OPS)
Jammu North expressed his sincere thanks to Commandant and his team 33 Bn
for organising the said programme in a befitting manner.
