BJP expresses its serious concern and resentment over these dirty tricks by the ruling party and its leaders in kishtwar says Sunil Sharma
It is a serious development that there is unchecked spate of backdoor appointments in Distt. Kishtwar and Doda at the behest of MOS Home Sajjad Ahmed Kichloo and open election campaign is being run by administration in favour of National Conference. This was alleged by BJP senior leader Sunil Sharma while addressing media persons at Jammu on Tuesday.
Sunil Sharma said that the BJP expresses its serious concern and resentment over these dirty tricks by the ruling party in kishtwar.
BJP leader said that we have full evidences with us regarding the recent backdoor appointments in departments like Sheep Husbandry, CA&PD, JAKFED, JK Cements in Kishtwar and Doda districts, where the concerned districts officers with full involvement of Deputy Commissioners, are issuing backdoor appointment orders in favour of some blue eyed persons of National Conference and Congress leaders and these orders are being handed over to MoS Home for further distribution.
Sunil Sharma said that neither any advertisement notice was issued not any interview or other selection procedure followed. This amounts to a very serious offence. Similarly more backdoor appointment orders have been secured from other departments and are to be distributed in the election meetings.
Sharma warned the ruling party and district administration against such illegal tactics adding that if these orders are not revoked we will soon lodge a comprehensive complaint to Election Commission of India against such illegal practices prevent in Distt. Kishtwar and if needed, a PIL in the High court against the culprits will also be filed as district administration is dancing on the tunes of National Conference and Deputy Commissioners of the said districts are behaving like Chief Election Agent of Kichloo.
The MoS openly lures the people of certain benefits in exchange of votes for NC and also resorts to threats and harassments to others who refuse to bow down. Reports from the far flung areas of the Marwah, Warwan and Padder etc. indicate his open participation in election meetings and rallies of National Conference, he said.
Govt. funds are being misused and diverted to fulfill the electoral aspirations of Kichloo and the whole district administration is working to secure votes for NC.
Sunil Sharma said that the people of Kishtwar have strongly resolved to root out NC from the District this time and teach a lesson to Kichloo. Its only because of such insecurity, that he has resorted to these money and unfair games of either lure or threaten the voters.
At the same time, Sunil Sharma also appreciated the steps taken by Union Minister of Home Affairs and Union Finance Ministry to double the wages of SPO’s and VDC members of the state. This will benefit thousands of SPO’s and VDC members who have made sacrifices and stood like a rock against the terrorism and anti national activities in the state.
District President Kishtwar Rajinder Singh and State Executive Member Basant Raj Thakur were also present in the press conference.
