Jammu : The Aap Shambhu accused, Yasir Alfaz, was sent for a medical examination last week but due to the absence of one of the doctors from the panel, it kept getting delayed.
The medical board chosen for carrying out the psychological examination, finally conducted the tests on Wednesday at the Hospital near Police Lines.
As per the doctors verdict, the condition of the accused can not be certified readily. His behavior and his activities need to be monitored and studied properly before arriving at any conclusion and the entire procedure needs time. A mere check-up isn’t sufficient to determine some body’s mental condition. For this purpose, the Board has proposed that the accused be under their supervision for 10-15 days before concluding things. The final report would be formed based on his demeanor.
For the examination of the culprit, the board has been re-formed for the third time now. The specialists team now comprises of Dr. BN Bogal, Dr. Gurmeet Singh, Dr. BR Kundal, Dr. Rakesh Banal, Dr. Rameshwar Singh, Dr. Arif Vikar and Dr. Shahid Manhas.
The next hearing for his case is scheduled for 22nd July.
