The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (BOPEE) would conduct the entrance test for MBBS and BDS courses on July 31.“We have fixed the date of exams as July 31st, 2016 and applications will be available from Monday or Tuesday,” said Prof. Farooq Ahmed Mir, Controller Examinations BOPEE.
The examination would be conducted on a single day, with forenoon session having Physics and Chemistry paper and afternoon session having Biology paper. “The syllabus and pattern of exam remains unchanged,” Prof Mir said. Applications will be entirely online and available for aperiod of 10 days. “We will have to fast-track the whole process so that students don’t suffer due to unnecessary wastage of time,” he said.
He said that all those students who had applied previously for JKCET need to apply afresh for the test.“It is a fresh process. Everything needs to be done afresh, including application.
Everyone, whether or not he/she had applied for JKCET will need to apply if they are interested in appearing for MBBS and BDS entrance,” he said.
