BOSE decides to conduct exam for girl who denied admit card

Srinagar, November 14:  As reported in the news item published early today under heading Girl in Srinagar missed her first class 12th exam for not paying full fee  (click to read full news), the Director School Education in Kashmir has decided to conduct girl’s  missed examination.

As reported by a local news portal, the girl was denied admit card to sit in the class 12th chemistry examination by the authorities of Baramulla Public School because she failed to pay the long pending school fee even after her father paid Rs. 10,000 and assured the school management to clear rest of the due as early as possible.

Reacting promptly to the news, Director School Education Kashmir Dr Shah Faesal order conducting of girl’s exam.

As per the Education Minister’s directions, JK BOSE has decided that the girl student from Baramula Public School, who missed her paper due to callousness of school authorities, will be allowed to take the missed paper later this week,” he said.

On the directions of Dr Shah, a show cause notice has also been issued  to the school management over their action.

“We will listen to their version as well and action will be taken accordingly,” he said.
