I think there is not any Narcotics Specialist lin Customs Department at Salamabad (Uri). It was only FSL Team Srinagar who conducted the preliminary test of the narcotics substance on spot with the drug testing kit available with them on 06.02.2015.

However, it was an unimaginable detection by the Security and the Customs Staff available as the modus operandi used is seen first time during our experience.
