Broadband, 2G services to run as usual
Srinagar, April 17: Amid the volatile situation in Kashmir, the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) on Monday suspended the 3G and 4G services in Valley.
However, the authorities in the BSNL cellular company told that the broadband and the 2G services will run as usual.
The officials of BSNL while admitting the suspension of the services at 03:10 pm said, “The authorities have directed us to suspend the 3G and 4G services.
The services will remain suspended till further orders.”
They informed that the broadband and the 2G services will run as usual.
Meanwhile, sources said that the other private cellular companies would likely suspend the internet services till further order
