‘Burhan not the first to pick up gun, wont be the last’ – Omar

Former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, Omar Abdullah took to Twitter and warned for tough days ahead in the valley after the news of Burhan Wani and two of his aides getting neutralised in an encounter at Kokernag with security agencies spread.

Hurriyat Supremo Syed Ali Geelani has called for a bandh tomorrow in the valley to mourn Burhan Wani, while Dukhtaran-e-Millat’s Andrabi has called for a three day bandh.

Omar also said on microblogging website, Twitter that Burhan is not the first of militants to pick up the gun and will not be the last.
