Rajouri, 18 April: Students belonging to two communities clashed with each other at the Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University campus. Students belonging to one of the communities alleged,

“Some students belonging to the campus shouted anti-India slogans alongwith ‘Pakistan Zindabad’. When students from the hostel approached these students asking them not to do so, they were thrashed. We got together today morning to protest the beating-up of these students in response to which that group started pelting stones at us.”

Adding further the student (in video) said, “Neither did the administration, nor the security at the campus intervened. We had to run out of the university and our vehicles parked inside were torched. Not one vehicle was left and all of us have faced total loss.”
