Complaint/Helpline Centre established at EM&RE Div II Gandhi Nagar

JAMMU, APRIL 29 – In Order to register the genuine complaints regarding power supply restoration, lightening/decarbonisation of service lines, enquiry about schedule curtailments, report of accidents etc, a complaint centre has been established by the department of EM&RE Division II at Gandhi Nagar Jammu.
The electrical complaint centre has been established for registration and redressal of complaints of consumers of Electric Maintenance & Rural Electrification Division II Gandhi Nagar Jammu .The centre shall function round the clock with Electric Helpline No. 2430180.
The Complaints of areas viz Sub Div-I Green Belt Jammu, Sub Div-II, Shastri Nagar, Sub Div-II, Miran Sahib and Sub Div-IV Bishnah can be lodged here.
