Jammu and Kashmir News

Describing it as the worst ever act of betrayal by the leadership of BJP with the people of Jammu region, which will go down in the history in ‘black letters’ for the sabotage of the movement of the people, by those who were party to the commitment, with the people of the region through Co-ordination Committee, who were none-less than the Deputy Chief Minister, a Minister and besides other MLAs of the BJP in the presence of Speaker of Legislative Assembly, the eve of 72 hours bandh call on June 18th. This kind of betrayal after a categorical written commitment, with a specific deadline for the fulfillment of commitment, has no parallel example of its kind. The situation demands that those who are signatories and party to it, should resign from the respective positions and seek a public apology from the people.
