Congress leaders criticise National Conference, accuse them of shedding crocodile tears


Jammu:congress-logo Congress leaders today said so called National Conference leaders are exposed before the public and are mentally bankrupt who in utter frustration are issuing statement out of their whims.

Congress leaders also made it clear that Congress would emerge very strong in the Parliament and Assembly elections and next Chief Minister will be from Congress party and there will be no pre poll alliance with National Conference. They asked general public and party workers to gear up for upcoming elections and to vote for Congress candidates, so that the Congress will form next Government with A or B but Chief Minister will be from Congress party.

“NC is dependent on the Congress and without its support they can lose the power and it is because of Congress Omar Abdullah continues to be the Chief Minister of Jammu & Kashmir” Congress leaders said.

The signatories to the statement include MLC and Congress district President Doda, Naresh Kumar Gupta, MLC Subash Gupta, MLC Sham Lal Bhagat, Secretary JKPCC Thakur Jugal Bhandari, Block Presidents and Secretaries of Congress party including Mohammad Iqbal Keen, Ghulam Qadir Sheikh, Mohammad Iqbal Teli, Ch Abdul Rashid, Piyaray Lal Sharma, Akhtar Tatani, Asgar Khangi, Mushtaq Ahmed Hap, and Mahinder Singh Parihar.


They even said National Conference is losing ground in Jammu and Kashmir and the utterance of so called NC Leaders who has no base among common masses is outcome of frustration as the hollow slogans of Autonomy has turned futile.

“People are well aware about what is happening in the government. People are supreme and will cast their vote in favour of the Congress party. They know everything and are best judge,” Congress leaders said.

“The people know about the facts even National Conference in Erstwhile district Doda tends to remain ignorant and behave like an ostrich”, they maintained and advised National Conference not to shed crocodile tears.
