Srinagar: As reported by News Agency Doordarshan Kendra Srinagar, which was marooned for three weeks due to floods last month, will resume partial operations from its station here tomorrow, an official said Today. The four-hour transmission will resume from tomorrow as reported by an official, the restoration works in key equipment has been carried out. The official further said that the programmes will be telecasted through both terrestrial and satellite modes. “The telecast will be from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm. The content will include six news bulletins — in Urdu and Kashmiri — musical programmes and current affairs programmes,” he added. Kashmir went through devastating floods in September which wrecked wide parts of the valley including Srinagar city.
