DDC Samba Reviews Monitoring of BADP Works using JK Pulse Apps

SAMBA: The DDC Samba RK Varma today convened a meeting of works departments to review the Monitoring of Border Area Development Plan (BADP) schemes through unique Mobile Based Monitoring System Application (Apps) – the JKPULSE.
Addressing the officers, the DDC Samba impressed upon them to timely monitor the schemes/works and upload these accordingly. It was informed that this (JK Pulse) Web technology is Android based and designed to monitor the Border Area Development programmes/ Schemes effectively.
The DDC further impressed upon the concerned officers to inspect the schemes atleast on the three stages including, at the start of the scheme, during the progressive stage and finally after completion of the scheme and upload the relevant photographs and comments by using the JK Plus Apps.
In case of any technical problem, the DDC directed District Informatics Officer NIC to provide support to all the users and also facilitate them to upload the information using their network in case the network is not available with the inspecting officer/official.
Mentioning the progress of last financial year, it was informed that a total number of 326 inspections were reported through this innovative system. The DDC asked the concerned officials to improve the reporting in the coming years.
The meeting was attended by the CPO , ACD Samba, Executive Engineer PWD/ PHE, BDOs, DIO NIC And Various other district and sectoral officers of the district.
