Dental Surgeons Associations Jammu Kashmir (DSA-JK) today on 05-07-2014 continued their dharna for the 5th consecutive day at amphalla chowk Jammu and at Anantnag, Kashmir as not even a single representative from the concerned authority or the Govt. has come to listen our grievances.

He alleged that Chief Minister of state and concerned Minister of Health Dept. has always made vague assurances and promises with the unemployed Dental Surgeons whenever they approached them, but nothing has happened. President also condemned the fact that Govt. always try to take credit for proposing and implementing the big schemes of Dental and Medical health, but ignores the issues and demands of the intelligentsia which is supposed to be given their due job opportunities to run these health and welfare schemes.

President also said that the piling up of unemployment in dental sector in the state is only due to the negligence and failed in framing and executing the proper policy in relation to the dental health. He argued that the future of Dental Surgeons is at stake. President DSA-JK Dr. Asif Iqbal Chowdhary raised voice against the injustice and discrimination faced by the unemployed dental surgeons of the state.
