Ceasefire Violation hours after Poonch Grenade Blast
JAMMU: Less than 12 hours after a grenade attack on Budhha Amarnath Pilgrims in poonch town, Pakistan troops resorted to unprovoked firing on Indian side along the line of control in Shapu kandi area of the border poonch district on Sunday morning, India retaliated to the fire as per latest inputs.
Confirming this, defense ministry Spokesperson Lt Colonel Manish Mehta said that ceasefire violation came during the wee hours, Pakistan resorting to small arms fire. However there was no loss or damage on the Indian side.
