The Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammed has plans to target CRFP headquarters and other security installations in Jammu, reveals an intelligence agency report accessed by Times Now.
The report said that red alert has been sounded in the winter capital after police forces learned about the game of the terrorists to attack CRPF camps on the occasion of Lohri or after that.
The police sniffed the danger following two telephone calls to Police Control Room (PCR) that led to the possibility of a suicide attack on a camp including other installations.
According to the intel report, police intercepted chatter between telephone number 9797243524 and another person…discussing a possible terror attack on CRPF camp.
Earlier in the day, another chatter was intercepted as per which another suspected terrorist or someone privy to the terrorist plans told his acquaintance Basit Shah that terrorists could attack a CRPF camp in Jammu.
Four mobile phone of suspected terrorists and over ground worker are under surveillance and their call detail records are being scanned to apprehend the possible suspects.
