Fine upto 21000 rupees on girls who are seen crossing road with ongoing call on mobile phone
Mathura : In order to control crime and order, the panchayat issued new rules, among which a unique rule states that a girl who is found walking on road with an ongoing phone call shall be liable to pay fine upto Rs 21000.
In Govardhan region of village Mandora, a panchayat was called sighting the increase in criminal and unlawful activities. The rules were established unanimously in consideration with suggestions made by people to fix the penalty.
The panchayat also forged rules to impose fine ranging from 11 thousand to two lakhs rupees on people involved in activities such as gambling, alcohol, swindling. The sarpanch informed the villagers that criminal activities will not at all be tolerated.
