Geelani has cancelled the shutdown call on 25th as it is not in the interest of the Kashmiri Muslims. Boycott call was a way to convey our resentment which has been misinterpreted as the cowardice tactics of Hurriyat and has been ruining our freedom movement, said the spokesperson of Hurriyat, Ayaz Akbar. Let people decide themselves what they want. It is on them to take our mission to a logical conclusion. I will not insist on poll boycott as it is not in the interest of Kashmiri Muslims, the Hurriyat Conference (G) chairman Syed Ali Shah Geelani said, on Friday while cancelling the shutdown call of 25th.
