The Government schools of Thial, Mankote, Dhagloon, Jandrah, Shindera and Thanamandi have shown less than 10 percent pass percentage.
According to sources, the government gave a handsome salary to the teachers posted in the government schools. Their salary is much higher than the teachers in the private schools but the private schools showed good results of pass percentage which shows that the teachers in the government schools are not sincere towards their job.
