New Delhi, August 25: Keeping in view the 46-day long and unending unrest in Kashmir valley, Government at the center has decided to take strict measures according to reliable sources.
Foremost, would be the implementation of governor’s rule under a new governor in Jammu and Kashmir who would be replacing the incumbent Governor, Mr. NN Vohra. The decision can be taken after Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh completes his two-day visit to Jammu and Kashmir say sources.
Pertinent to mention here that J&K’s present Governor had requested the center to relieve him of his duties twice since last year.
There are also plans to take strict action against violence perpetrators and organizers under which a list of 60 such people has been prepared.
If, however, governor’s rule is implemented in the state, the BJP, which managed to form government for the first time in the state would have to forsake the chance of remaining in governance.
