“State Government would request the Hajj Committee of India to accommodate JK’s pilgrims in a cluster of hotels at one place from next year, enabling the administration to take collective care of the Hajis”, the Minister said.

Receiving the detailed brief from the Secretary about the facilities provided by Saudi government to the Hajjis during Hajj-2015, the Minister asked the Executive Officer SHC to formulate a comprehensive memo of the problems faced by the Hajjis during Hajj-2015 for discussion and appropriate follow up action.
The Minister underscored the need for taking effective measures well to arrange the requisite facilities for Hajj pilgrims. “There should be no negligence from concerned functionaries in making foolproof arrangements for pilgrims in Madinah Munawarrah and Makkah Mukarammah during Hajj days”, Veeri asserted and directed the concerned to keep close coordination with the Central Hajj Committee functionaries for resolving the issues in time.
