Grenade lobbed at CRPF vehicle in Pulwama, 1 civilian Killed, 2
SRINAGAR, Feb 3: A hand grenade was lobbed at a CRPF vehicle in Muran chowk, Pulwama, on Friday afternoon. The grenade missed its target and exploded near the vehicle injuring 2 CRPF men and a civilian.
After the blast people resorted to stone pelting. An eyewitness said heavy teargas shelling is going on right now.
There are reports that the civilian injured in the grenade blast has succumbed to his injuries. “We have reports from the hospital that the civilian has died. But we are still in process of confirming,” said SP Pulwama.

After the attack, local people started throwing stones intermittently at the security forces from the rooftop of their houses, sources at the Pulwama police control room said.
