Guerrilla hideout busted in Jammu’s Rajouri

Jammu, May 28 : A guerrilla hideout was busted in Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri district on Saturday and a quantity of arms and ammunition recovered, a defence official said.

“Based on specific information, the Rashtriya Rifles battalion at Samote (Rajouri) along with troops of Territorial Army and state police personnel from police station, Kandi recovered a cache of arms and ammunition from a natural hideout in general area Khangar Forest of Rajouri,” Col. S.D. Goswami, spokesman of army’s Udhampur-headquartered northern command, told IANS.
