Check vehicles coming from border area to avert evil designs of anti-nationals: Jammu DIG
Jammu: Deputy Inspector General of Police, Jammu-Kathua Range, Rafiq-Ul-Hassan on Sunday asked cops to remain alert and check every vehicle coming from border area to avert evil designs of anti-nationals.
“Ensure that the vehicles coming from border area need to be properly checked in order to avert the evil designs of anti-national and anti-social elements,” Mr Hassan asked cops during his visit to border belt police stations.
Taking review of progress of the ongoing work at police post, he issued necessary instructions to the supervisory officers.
The DIG also visited Khour and held meeting with his subordinates and directed them to control the crime level by intensifying nakka checking, patrolling and activating beat system in their respective areas and they have been directed to make speedy disposal and finalize of backlog cases without causing any delay.
Mr Hassan further directed that the CCTNS system should function properly and the FIRs should be registered in a time bound manner.
