Hizbul terrorist Riyaz Naikoo Issues Fresh Audio: Asks People to Stay away from Army, warns Jail Superintendents

The Hizb Commander, Riyaz Naikoo has issued a new audio statment which is doing rounds on Social Media on Tuesday.
“I salute the people of Kashmir especially the youth, who have shown immense suppoort to the Kashmir Struggle,” Riyaz Naikoo is heard saying in the 10 Minute Audio Clip.
Riyaz Naikoo in his message says that Indian State is using all its might to damage us both Economically as well as physically.
“Promising the girls various favours, the Indian Army exploits the Kashmiri girls for being informers on Militants or for sexual benifits,” Naikoo is heard saying in the audio tape.
He calls for an end to Army tours and other missions under Sadhbhawana.
“We Warn all the teacher who force students to go on the Army tours, we will not spare them”, Naikoo said.
Naikoo also condemned the assault on civilians by Army and forcing them to be informers upon Militants.
Riyaz Naikoo is also heard condemning the inhumane treatment against Kashmir detainees.
“Now we will teach the officials a lesson through might as we reject the International Bodies and expect no justice from them,” Naikoo is heard saying.
Riyaz naikoo at the end of Audio Message is heard requesting the Shopian Orchardists to remove wiring from their Orchards, which a newspaper had reported have been removed already.`
Kashmir Reader Reported, Naikoo has issued Warning the superintendents and staff of different jails of serious consequences, Hizb-ul-Mujahideen commander Riyaz Naikoo, in an audio message, has asked them to stop the harassment and inhumane treatment of the jail inmates in J&K.
In an audio message, Naikoo warns the jail superintendents, Rajni Sehgal, Mukesh Kokal, Naresh Kotwal, Mushtaq Malla and other staff that if the inhuman treatment meted out to the detainees was not stopped, they would be taken to task.
“We have tolerated a lot. We have the ability to reach their homes. In case they do not stop, we will take them down,” Naikoo is heard saying.
