Punjab: A latest report has revealed that Honey Singh, the popular Bollywood rapper, has been booked by the Punjab Police after the women commission in Punjab filed an official complaint against the singer and song writer.

The musician has been in the news for the last few days after the women commission criticised him for his song makhna since it has extremely vulgar and deplorable lyrics.

An FIR has been filed against the singer, however, more details about the complaint are awaited. Earlier, the channel had reported that the Punjab Women Commission had also written to the Punjab government and Director General of Police demanding action against the rapper.
