So dear Viewers, This Viral Video Of A Soldier Being Rescued From The Siachen Glacier Is A Fake and here’s how

  1. The person being pulled out looks not more that 5 feet under the snow
  2. Had it been 25 feet deep, the snow ground shouldn’t have been seen so clearly

Meanwhile, the person in question has been flown to a Delhi Hospital. His condition is critical but stable, as per Media Sources.

Hanumanthappa who hails Betadur village in Dharwad district of Karnataka, is a Lance Naik in Indian Army. He was found buried under 25 feet of snow for six days after an avalanche hit his post at the altitude of 19,600 feet close to the Line of Control (LoC) with Pakistan. The temperature at that altitude was minus 45 degrees Celsius.

His family was elated after hearing the news of his survival. “I dream of him last Night. He said I will come Back”, said the ailing mother of the Braveheart.
