IPL Auction 2018 : 3 cricketers from J&K to go under hammer
The much-anticipated IPL 2018 Player Auction list is out with 16 marquee players from India and overseas headlining the big pool of 578 players that will go under the hammer on January 27-28 in Bengaluru.
Three J&K cricketers have found their place among the 578 around the World who will be going under hammer in keenly awaited Indian Premier League (IPL) players auction.
For the Jammu & Kashmiri cricket fans , only three names have been approved by franchisees and will be going under hammer.
They include International cricketer Parvez Rasool, pacer Umar Nazir and the recnet hard hitting sensation of Kashmir, Manzoor Dar (Pandav).
Parvez Rasool who last year got snub in the auction with no franchisee bidding for the Kashmir star cricketer is available for the base price of Rs: 50 lakhs.
Pacer Umar Nazir who was also listed in auction last year and found no takers is again up for grabs for the base price of Rs: 20 lakhs.
While there are high chances for Parvez to get re-entry in the IPl there are also expectations for hard hitting batting sensation Pandav who has been in news recently.
