SRINAGAR Jammu and Kashmir has two cabinet ministers holding charge of the law and justice department, according to the website of the state government’s general administration department. In the official telephone directory of the state government, PDP leaders Abdul Haq Khan and Basharat Bukhari have been shown as holding charge of the law and justice department. Khan is the incumbent minister for law and justice. After the death of Mufti Mohammad Sayeed in January, Bukhari, held the charge in the PDP-BJP government was made revenue minister under the council of ministers headed by Mehbooba Mufti.
