Srinagar, May 16: Union Health Minister J P Nadda today said Jammu and Kashmir is the crown of the country and the Centre along with the state government would take it towards prosperity and start a new chapter of development.
“The Centre, along with the state government, has planned to start a new chapter of development in Jammu and Kashmir.
Your presence in such large numbers here and the warm welcome that you gave us, I feel that it is a stamp on the working of this government.
“I assure you, on behalf of the Prime Minister and PDP-BJP government, that we will put in all strength, to take forward Jammu and Kashmir, which is the crown of the country, on the way of development and prosperity,” Nadda said while addressing people at a function after laying foundation stone of a new government medical college at Anantnag in south Kashmir.
Nadda also laid the foundation stone for another government medical college in Baramulla district in north Kashmir.
