Should there be capitation fee for seeking admission in private technical and medical colleges?

express yourself sep 10The Supreme Court has recently said that the private technical and medical colleges demanding capitation fee from students is illegal and unethical, and laws should be made by the Centre to put an end to such practices.

  1. IF ANYBODY CAN NOT PASS THE ENTRANCE TEST NOW DAYS THAT MEANS HE OR SHE IS NOT CAPABLE SO THE SYSTEM SHOULD NOT BE SCRAPPED INSTEAD THEIR CERTIFICATION SHOULD BE SCRAPPED OTHERWISE THEY WILL KILL/LOOT INNOCENT PEOPLE.
