Jio GigaFiber broadband service was announced by the company back in July and is expected to be officially rolled out to users in select cities in the coming months. Mukesh Ambani, Managing Director and Chairman of Reliance Industries, had confirmed that Jio GigaFiber services will be rolled out in a phased manner.
Reports so far have hinted that the company is looking to make its new broadband service available in 1,100 cities across the country. While there’s no confirmation but reports suggest that Jio GigaFiber rollout will start in select 29 cities.
Currently, the company is piloting its Jio GigaFiber preview offer in select cities where users can avail 100Mbps speeds per month for a period of three months where 100GB data is being given as complimentary under the preview offer.
