J&K cop arrested for making bathing videos in a women’s washroom
Jammu, February 15: In a very bizzare incident, a Head Constable (HC) of Jammu and Kashmir Police has been arrested for video-peeping in woman’s washroom in a hotel on Sunday.

According to the reports of a leading local daily, the constable was posted in the Security Wing at office of Civil Secretariat in Jammu. He was arrested after a complaint filed by a woman employee in the Civil Secretariat Jammu who hails from Lolab area of District Kupwara in Srinagar and is presently living in Jammu as the civil secretariat is shifted here.
She said that she was taking a bath in a hotel of Jammu when she noticed one of his colleagues, a Head Constable (HC) posted in the same office and presently staying in a room adjoining hers was making video of her with his mobile phone.
The accused HC has been identified as Mohammad Ramzan, son of Mohammad Kamal and a resident of Baramulla. A case has been registered against the man at Nowabad police station under FIR Number 18/16 under Section 354-C RPC and police has started an investigation. The police found out that the allegations leveled by the lady were right and the Head Constable (HC) has been arrested now.
Further investigation in the case is going on at present.
The higher officials of police at Nowabad Police Station are tight-lipped over the incident due to reasons best known to them and despite repeated calls to the SHO Inspector Ravinder Rakwal, no further details have come out in the open.
