KASHMIR, Sep 27 : Peoples Democratic Party Youth Wing on Tuesday held an online Youth membership drive in Srinagar.

More than eleven hundred youth reached the venue and registered themselves with the Youth PDP.

Asking its District Coordinators to enroll youth, who are committed to the ideology and principles of the party, the Youth Wing registered more than one thousand youth from different areas.

The Youth has to logon to membership.jkpdp.in for their registration.

The online ERP developed by the party will help it to track the progress of each member at constituency level and address key issues. “In the long run, the system will help to identify local problems based on various parameters and demographics. It will also help in improving governance at grass root level,” Waheed-ur-Rehman Parra, PDP Youth President said.

Parra added: “PDP has always been a party for all three regions’ castes and languages and this membership drive has reached the doors of youth far and wide.”

He further complimented PDP cadres for effectively carrying the party’s pro-people agenda to the grass roots and working tirelessly towards implementation of party’s political, economic and developmental vision for Jammu and Kashmir.

Meanwhile, the membership drive would see enrolment of new Youth members and renewal of membership of party Youth workers.
