J&K Police solved a Kidnapping Case Within 24-Hours

An information was obtained by officials at Police Station Peer Mitha Jammu that an Alto car bearing registration No. BP 4552 driven by person named, Farhat Abbas S/o Amjad Ali Shah R/o H. NO. 222 Old Janipur had kidnapped a girl.
After this, a case – FIR NO. 29/2017 U/S 366 RPC was registered. The police quickly swung into action and conducted several raids at different places of District Jammu and District Samba.
on 9th May 2017, the abducted girl was found in search operation by police. The accused was arrested along with the vehicle from Jakh in Samba district.
The case was solved by a joint police team led by Inspector Mashkoor Ahmed Giri SHO PS Pir Mitha Jammu and Sub Inspector Shariq Bhat I/C PP Gujjar Nagar Jammu. The case was solved within 24 hours by sincere efforts and continuous raids conducted by the joint police team under the direct supervision of DySP Vivek Shekhar SDPO city North Jammu. The entire operations were carried out under the guidance of Dr.Vinod Kumar IPS SP city North Jammu and Dr.Sunil Gupta IPS, SSP Jammu.
