Clashes erupted between government forces and protesters during cordon and search operation in Samboora village of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
Two Civilian were injured during the clashes.
Sources said that soon after the government forces cordoned off the area, the youth took to streets and started pelting stones on them who retaliated with tear gas shelling triggered clashes in the area.
Earlier government forces cordoned off the area after receiving specific inputs about the presence of militants in the area. Search operation along with clashes were going on when last reports came in.
