Srinagar: On Monday PDP-BJP state Government issued an order of transfer of 53 K.A.S officers. It was 62nd times that government had issued such an order of mass transfer.Furious over this behavior of the Government one of the K.A.S, whose name is on the list along with other 52 others who had been transferred used social Media platform to express his anger.
Mr.Ghulam Hassan Sheik K.A.S officer of 2011 batch Posted a post criticizing this discussion of the government. Five months ago he was transferred as ADC Kulgam within 5 months he has been again transferred as Deputy Commissioner commercial taxes at Srinagar.He posted “Transferred again to sales tax department within just five months after Joining as ADC in Kulgam”
His this post had triggered a massive debate all over, Questioning transfer policy of the Government.Gulam Hassan Sheik further wrote “Transfers are inevitable but too premature ones appears avoidable”Replying to his post his friend Posted “All officers should protest and demands strict transfer policy and Government should Justify premature transfer”.According to J&K sate government policy states that the minimum tenure for government employees is on a post 2 years and a maximum is 3 years service is required at one posting but this policy never got implemented.
