Kashmir floods sweep away nine army troopers

He said the army was carrying a rescue operation in a village when the gushing water swept away nine troopers. The troopers were rescuing villagers in Kandezal when the river breached the bund and they were washed away, he said.

The rescue operation was launched for missing troopers.
