Lashkar Commander Abu Dujana Escapes, Yet Again
Jammu, April 22: Lashkar Commander, Abu Dujana, main accused in Udhampur attacks, has once again managed to escape the army encirclement. The forces have for now launched a special operation as per which, they intend on catching him dead or alive. However, none of the officials have given any statement about his escape. But, according to the sources, in Pulwama where due to the stone pelting by the locals the army had to be extracted, Abu Dujana along with his men was stuck there too. As soon as the army was removed, he pounced at the opportunity and fled.
Abu Dujana, after the attack in Udhampur and subsequent arrest of Abu Qasim, took over as the commander of Lashkar-e-Taiba in South Kashmir. Previously, in the gunfight between forces and the militants in other parts of Pulwama (Goripora-Vandakhpora), Dujana had fled with 8 of his men while two of his associates were killed.
After the clashes between mob and the army were over, the army had suspicions about the presence of militants in the neighborhood. So they went on a search operation where they found extensive ammunition and guns and mobile phones all suspected to be belonging to the Lashar Commander Abu Dujana. It was the protests and the demonstrations of the locals that help him flee. Hoping to catch him sooner than later, the army is now in charge.
