Lawrance School bids adieu to Class 12th Students

JAMMU: A farewell party was organised for the outgoing class 12th Lawrence Public School, Panjtirthi students in the school premises. The Chief Guest, Wg Cdr M.M Joshi, Chairman Lawrence Public School was welcomed by the staff & students of the school.
The program started with students paying floral tributes to Maa Saraswati followed by a very interesting musical theme in which the class 11th students sang songs & the outgoing class 12th students had to guess on whom was the song characterised on. The class 12th students were later called upon one by one to do the cat walk followed by picking up a slip to perform on the spot act. A few students also performed the stand up comedy act & made the audience laugh their hearts out. A few games were also played by the students in which Sajeeda Bano, Sonam Angmo, Sukriti Sharma, Gaurav Jha & Mohit Kataria were declared the winners.
The Miss Lawrence title was presented to Urvashi Puri & Mr Lawrence title was presented to Ishaan Gandotra by the Founder Principal, Mrs. Shakuntla Joshi. The title for All round best student was presented to Miss. Naina Puri & Title for best student was presented to Miss. Ameena by Mrs. Tejinder Kaur, Vice Principal, Lawrence Public School, Panjtirthi.
The students were also presented best of luck cards along with mementos. Mrs. Shakuntla Joshi in her best of luck message blessed the children & told them to do well. She told them that this is a very crucial year for deciding their future, so they should confidently appear in their exams without any stress & tension. She advised them to put in their best efforts & leave the rest to God. Mrs. Tejinder Kaur, Vice-Principal, Mrs. Rajni Dutta, Coordinator along with other subjects teachers also wished best of luck to the outgoing students.
