LeT Militant comes to India after being fed up of Pakistan’s lies


Jammu, Sept 24: In the wee hours of 23 September, BSF men in Pargwal Sector of Akhnoor area apprehended a young Pakistani National who crossed over International Border stealthily and was trying to cut off Border Security Fence to infiltrate into Indian Territory.

During preliminary questioning he revealed his identity as Abdul Qayyum (32) S/o Bhag ali R/o village Pul Bajuan district Sialkot, Pakistan. He was in possession of one dual SIM Nokia Mobile. On further questioning he revealed that in 2004, he underwent “Daura e- Aam” militant training with Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) outfit at Mansera Training Camp, Muzaffarabad in Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK).


Thereafter he actively worked for LeT and remained associated with the distribution of Jihadi Literature and magazines like Gajwa and Jarar as well as being involved in collection of Funds for LeT. In his tenure with LeT, Qayyum collected 50 Lacs of Pakistani Currency and handed over the same to a LeT commander Mujahid Bhatt of Sialkot area.

He was found to be well aware of all various terrorist organizations based in Pakistan and their leaders including Hafiz Sayeed, Syed Salauddin and also separatist leaders of Kashmir i e. Syed A S Geelani, Asiya Andrabi, Yasin Malik among others.

He further revealed that he had ultimately realized that Jamaat-ud-Dava and Falah-e-Insaniyat, the so called charitable organisations of LeT are actually accumulating money for only for terrorist activities.

He further confessed that he came to realization at a late stage that no brother and son of any terrorist leader like Hafiz Sayeed, Syed Salauddin have ever participated in Jihad. These relatives are enjoying their life in foreign countries whereas poor children of Pakistan are being brain washed to become militants on the pretext of false atrocities on Kashmiri Muslims by India.

Qayyum had thereby decided to come to India as he was fed up with Pakistan’s lies. He has been handed over to police for further investigation.
